All content produced by the product, and all content on this website, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. The conclusion labels used by the product ("criteria met", "criteria met, but not at this price", "criteria not met") describe only whether a fixed checklist was satisfied; they are not instructions to buy, sell or hold. Those labels, the score out of 13, target entry prices, accumulation and exit levels, and any position-size figures are generated automatically, without any knowledge of your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance. We are not an investment firm, investment adviser or broker, and we are not authorised by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) or any other financial supervisory authority to provide investment services. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. If you publish or share reports generated by the product, you are responsible for labelling them as AI-generated and for complying with the rules that apply to you. Price: $29 USD, one-time. The price shown is the price you pay: VAT is included where it applies, and no tax is added at checkout. No subscription and no recurring charges.

Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes.

License: on purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use and modify the project for your own purposes, with unlimited runs. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish the project files, in original or modified form.

The product requires Claude Code and a Claude plan or API access, which are provided by Anthropic under their own terms and are not included in the price. VerdictCapital.ai is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic.

Third-party data sources: the product includes optional scripts that, when you run them on your own computer, request publicly available data from the SEC's EDGAR service and from Yahoo Finance's public chart endpoint. That endpoint is unofficial and may change or stop working without notice. We do not host, cache or redistribute any market or financial data, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by Yahoo, the SEC or any other data provider. You access those services yourself and are responsible for complying with their terms of use; where their terms restrict automated or commercial use, you must respect that restriction. If a source becomes unavailable, the analysis continues using web research and labels the fallback.

Updates: free updates for version 1.x are delivered by email, through a download link issued by Lemon Squeezy. Your statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content remain unaffected.

Complaints and disputes: contact hello@verdictcapital.ai first. Consumers may also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) and its alternative dispute resolution service (SAL). Refunds

The product is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium and is delivered immediately. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for such purchases, which under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU is lost once supply begins with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement. We give you the full 14 days regardless: if the checkout asks you to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge the loss of that right, our contractual guarantee below still applies and gives you the same 14-day window.

Within 14 days of purchase you may request a refund for any reason, with no need to give one, and your licence to use the project ends when the refund is issued. To request it, send a clear statement to hello@verdictcapital.ai — ideally from the email address used for the order, or by replying to your receipt. A plain sentence such as "I am withdrawing from my purchase of VerdictCapital and request a refund" is enough; no form is required. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, to the payment method used for the order, normally within 14 days of your request.

Separately, and at any time, if the product is faulty, cannot be downloaded or does not match its description, you keep your statutory rights: we will fix it or, where the law provides, reduce the price or refund you. This includes the case where a third-party data source used by the product's optional tools stops working; the product is designed to fall back to web research, and we will supply a fix within version 1.x.

• Purchases: Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, processes your name, email, billing and payment data to complete the order, under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and order details to deliver the product, updates and support (lawful basis: performance of a contract; legal obligations).
• Support emails: when you write to us, we process your message and email address to answer you (performance of a contract / legitimate interest). [Retention period.]
• Email updates: we send marketing newsletters only if you subscribe and confirm your subscription through a confirmation email (double opt-in). Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link. Essential notices about your purchase (for example, version 1.x updates) are sent as part of the contract.
• Analytics: we use cookieless analytics Cloudflare Web Analytics that do not identify you and set no cookies.
• Hosting and fonts: our hosting provider Cloudflare Pages processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site (legitimate interest). Our web fonts are served from this site itself, so viewing a page sends no request to Google or any other font provider.
• The product itself runs on your computer through Claude Code under your own Anthropic account; we do not receive the tickers you analyze or your reports.

Recipients and processors: Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record, payments and delivery), [email provider: Resend / Loops / ConvertKit], Cloudflare (analytics), Cloudflare (hosting), and our email hosting provider [name]. Some of them are located outside the EU; transfers rely on [EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework / Standard Contractual Clauses].

You have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to restrict processing, to object, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or the authority in your country.
